Mildura Personal Trainer

I’ve been a qualified Personal Trainer since 2011 and I work out of my own Private Personal Training gym in Mildura. So this one is only for locals at the moment! WHAT I TEACH

Boxing:

My most popular class is the Boxing, which is lots of fun and you’ll burn up to 1,000 calories in one of my boxing classes (while smiling!). This is great for upper body, toned shoulders and arms, and a beautiful back. Sucks in those underarm wings and sculpts your body perfectly for the bikinis and dresses in summer.

Who is this best suited for:
Intermediate to advanced, boxing skills are not required however this class does require a form of co-ordination to perform boxing combinations and for padwork. Beginners are welcome, fitness background preferred but not required.

Weights Classes:

The Semi-Privates are usually small groups of 6 girls, and they’re also a huge hit because we workout with resistance, especially on the Legs to create a toned booty and a flat tummy. This is a combination of bodyweight exercises, weights and HIIT (High-intensity interval training) All of it is a hit, the girls love it, but not only do they love the training, but the friendships they create with the other girls who come. We are one big happy fit family tribe.

Who is this best suited for:
Women who want to tone their bodies and build some muscle and strength. All fitness levels are welcomed. Please seek advise if you have an injury. This class involves weights.

HIIT/Bootcamp: High Intensity Interval Training

This class is a mixture of HIIT and Bootcamp combined. We do various interval training at a high intensity to burn the optimum amount of body fat. The Bootcamp element allows the flexibility of the class to work together in a group environment and experience training with and without equipment.

Who is this class suited for:
Fitness level intermediate plus, or someone with an exercise background. Preferably not someone who has not exercised in years.

ANKORR: 

Ankorr is a body harness that allows the client to train with more resistance and power. Both the person in the harness and the person holding resistance get a workout. This intensifies exercises and training x10 and is known to challenge even the fittest of athletes. It is great to increase speed, strength and tone up the body all over.

Who is this class suited for:
Athletes, anyone who wants to train like an athlete. Someone familiar with exercises and is reasonably fit.

All Classes are $20 each.

To secure a permanent/consistent spot, all classes are paid upfront for the cycle or fortnightly direct debits.

PRIVATE TRAINING

1:1 Personal Training 

Limited times available out of the peak hour class schedule. These are for people with a flexible lifestyle, or shift workers who cannot commit to the scheduled classes. Or for someone looking for more one-on-one hands on training, technique training or specific customised training. Please enquire below.

45 mins – $70
60 mins – $90

2:1 Personal Training 

Limited times available out of the peak hour class schedule. This is for two friends who want to train together, people with a flexible lifestyle, or shift workers who cannot commit to the scheduled classes. Or for friends looking for a more one-on-one hands on training, technique training or specific customised training. Please enquire below.

45 mins – $45 each
60 mins – $55 each
